The ITAA team has gone from strength to strength during our first year in operation, with the introduction of three new partners and plans to extend further afield.
We now offer dedicated software asset management (SAM) expertise, as well as further SAP-specific services, including roadmap design for organizations transitioning to S/4 HANA.
Our new ITAA partners expand the breadth of our one-stop-service, offering clients an even wider range of independent support and helping them to stay on top of intricate software rules and complex licensing models.

Gaining momentum for 2021
During what has been a challenging year globally and with a heightened awareness of the need to be commercial, we have been helping clients to maximize the value from their software agreements and optimize overall IT spend. This will only increase next year.
ITAA’s Oracle vertical lead, Daniel Hesselink, said, “We have ambitious plans for 2021 and are currently in discussions with partners around the world, who are experts in their niche and keen to stay completely independent. Clients too have responded enthusiastically to our breadth of service, knowing we can offer everything they need in one place.”
James added, “Going forward we’ll be moving away from the core team being based in one time-zone and expanding into new territories further afield, so that projects can be delivered locally by trusted partners.
“We’ll be looking particularly at quality assurance and how to standardize and monitor that globally, to cement our position as the trusted software advisory partner.”
If you have an interest in working with ITAA, we are looking for new partners and skillsets to complement and complete our service offerings.
